The van is 6m long, 2.5m wide, and 3.1m tall. We plug into two standard power points at your property — we bring our own RCD safety device and outdoor extension cord, so there's nothing special to organise on your end. For internet, we run a long ethernet cable from your router to the van for the most reliable connection; if hardwired isn't convenient, we have a 5G backup. Driveway width: minimum 2.6m wide (or we can park on the road if the driveway is too narrow)
Surface: reasonably flat — not a steep slope
Overhanging trees: trimmed along the driveway so the van can get through without damage
Power: two standard 230V outlets (NZ plug). We bring our own RCD device and outdoor extension cord.

While our preference is to keep groups to 8 for the smoothest experience, we're happy to accommodate a larger group if you're comfortable coordinating the rotations and downtime activities.
