Van Specs
The van is 2.5m wide, 6m long, and 3.1m high, requiring a driveway at least 2.6m wide and mostly flat for parking. If the driveway is too narrow, we can park on the road in front of your property. Please ensure any trees along the driveway are trimmed for clearance.
Power
We require two standard 230V outlets (NZ plug) to power the van — one for the consoles and screens, one for the air conditioning which runs year-round. We provide our own RCD safety device and outdoor extension cord.
Internet
Ping Zero will run an internet cable from your property to the van for the best online experience. If you don't have internet, we can set up a 5G or Starlink hotspot at an additional cost, though coverage cannot be guaranteed.
Suitable Ages
There’s no age limit for gamers! The van comfortably seats 8 kids or 6 adults — a single custom-upholstered bench running the full length of the van, giving the Game Coach room to move along the row and keep every player in the game. Ping Zero provides guidance on age-appropriate games for every group.
Service Area
We serve the entire Auckland region. Travel within 20 km of Auckland CBD is included. Beyond that, a charge of $1.25 per km applies each way for the additional distance. For example, Red Beach is approximately 35 km from the CBD — the extra 15 km each way at $1.25/km adds $37.50 to your booking.
Payment
Payment is required upfront to secure your booking, but we're happy to accommodate changes. If you need to reschedule, we’ll credit your booking to a new date within 3 months of the original event. For cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event, we offer a full refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks will receive a 75% refund, and cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
