PING ZERO – Who are we ?

I am Conrad Ware, the founder and Manager of Ping Zero.
I have been gaming since I can remember, Ping Zero was formed to help build NZ gaming community, that was in way back in 2002, and was just a hobby. Fast Forward 16 years later Ping Zero is my full time job. Running gaming events up and down the Country.

With over 16 years and over 60 events run, Ping Zero runs New Zealand’s largest gaming events.

I am married to Deonie (Early Childhood Teacher) with 2 busy kids, Taj and Suraya, like me they all enjoy a balance of work, life and play.

Ping Zero has been running gaming events since 2002.

I have a current Police Vetting Certificate, and enjoy running these type of events.

I will be running the Minecraft School Holiday Program, with a few volunteers, the intent to keep the event as affordable as possible.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ring me on 022 0746 493

Why should my child come to this event ?

So you’ve got a little Minecrafter at home… or two ! And they would love nothing more than spend the whole day glued to the television screen playing Minecraft all day long.

I am been running gaming events for over 14 years and thought I would run an event that is a cheap day out for the kids, So that is why I came up with the Minecraft School Holiday event.

Little Minecrafters can explore in a safe controlled environment. They will also create cool stuff in the physical and digital worlds,

The only is $30, for 6 hours entertainment. There is no hidden costs, kids don’t need to bring ANYTHING (We provide all the minecraft consoles /controllers and screens). They only need there own LUNCH.

We ensure that we balance play and screentime. There are other activities included to get them away from the screen, and encourage them to participate with prizes.

The MINECRAFT event is designed to do the following :

* develop social and communication skills

* encourage collaboration and inclusion

* engage kids in group problem solving environments

* be a lot of fun !
