VAN SPECS
The Van itself is approx 2.5m wide x 8m long, which fit down most driveways. Driveway has to be, at least 2.6m wide and reasonably flat so the van can be parked level.
If you driveway isn’t wide enough we can parked out on the road in front of your property. We do ask that all trees are trimmed down driveway

VAN POWER
We require a standard 230V outlet to power all the van (Standard NZ Plug).
Ping Zero Events use it’s own RCD device and outdoor extension cord to connect to your power.
Depending on weather conditions we may need a second 230V outlet to power the aircon unit.

INTERNET
Ping Zero will run an internet cable from your property to the van to ensure we provide the best experience for the online session. If you have no internet at your property we have the ability to operate a 4G hotspot, please note we can’t guarantee coverage in your area.

SUITABLE AGES
There really is no age limit for gamers!
Ping Zero provide guidance and information about which games are suitable for there age group.

HOW MANY GAMERS
Ping Zero recommends a maximum of 8 gamers.
This gives each child their own 32 inch screen.

TIMINGS
Standard 90 minute party is available everyday after school , and multiple time slots on Saturday and Sunday
Weekdays :
4.00pm – 5.30pm, 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Weekends / Holidays:
10.00am – 11.30pm, 12.30pm – 2.00pm, 3.00pm – 4.30pm, 5.30pm – 7.00pm

SERVICE AREA
Currently we travel anywhere within the Auckland Region. Anywhere within 20 kms of the Auckland CBD are included in the hireage of the van.
We charge $1.20 per kilometre extra. If you live 45 kms from Auckland CBD, you would be charged for 25km x 2 which equates to an $60 extra for the event

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay in instalments up to the time of the event, or pay the full amount now.
$350 for 90 minute party.
$200 secures the date and time, payable now.
$150 a month before the Event / Party Date.
